Our comments:

Federal Government funding of $365 million is conditional on a realistic Business Case and full funding by public and private sources.
The realistic Business Case has still not been released. The battery of Qld Govt spin doctors must be working overtime! 
Does the Qld Govt, which shows every sign of being almost broke, have it's pledged $464 million?

The total funding to date of $949 million is still $851 million short of the Stage 1 estimate of $1,8000,0000,000.
Any private partners got a spare $851+ million to invest? Or should we say, to gamble? Not to mention the inevitable overruns in construction and implementation phases!

Somebody tell another lie or buy several hundred winning lottery entries - please!
